Customer Service / Sales Associate manages the needs of our clients on a day to day basis. Customer communication, customer education, showroom management teaming, handling customer warehouse material selection visits, job estimating, and job coordination are the main functions of the Account Sales Coordinator. Excellent inter-department communication and coordination is very important to the success of the role.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain knowledge of Granex Industries products and services to ensure reliable customer communication and interaction
• Generate quotes for fabricated stone projects based upon layouts and/or drawings as submitted
• Follow up on proposals via phone and email
• Coordinate jobs from start to finish
• Perform various office support tasks as needed including, but not limited to, answering incoming calls and handling customer visits
• Assist in other work areas as needed and directed
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Essential Job Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of two years of experience working in an office environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Strategic thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced showroom environment
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with the Internet and MS Suite
• Superior organizational, record keeping and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly and follow directions
• Some construction and / or kitchen design knowledge preferred
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of Granex Industries products
• Ability to work from specific verbal or written instructions and standard operating practices
• Ability to work effectively both independently as well as part of a team
